The Quality Control Specialist’s primary objective is the support of Quality Management Systems in the business unit around maintenance of documentation systems and quality systems support. Responsibilities Maintain documentation control for all Quality Management System procedures and
ISO 9001
2015 requirements in three separate facilities
Support audits of in-process, product and finished products
Address procedural issues of non-conformance in quality
Provides directions and confirmation of resolution for quality discrepancies
Monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications.
Accurately enter production and quality data in various databases and other internal
Maintain and update data reporting systems for Management Review data for the Quality Management System
Support processing of RMA’s
Support administration for customer quality complaints, including customer/sales interface, problem definition, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions
Perform multiple tasks in Oracle to assist in completing quality support and objective needs
Interact with Production Supervisors, Process Engineers, Product Line Managers, Customer Service Representatives & Raw Material Buyers on quality needs
Adhere to and promote the Environmental, Health & Safety Policies of

Familiarity with Blueprint mechanical drawings Qualifications 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in position that requires a solid understanding of quality control
Technical writer experience a plus.
Competent user of Oracle or other MRP systems.
Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and
Power BI and Microsoft teams experience a plus.
Proven ability to comprehend and follow work
Ability to apply basic math and use handheld measurement Working Conditions Job involves sitting, standing, walking and lifting for periods of time throughout the day Minimum Education Prefer associate degree or bachelor’s degree, minimum HS diploma with 3 years manufacturing experience.
