Job Description $17- 22.00 pay range
- Ensures motors and router are in agreement along with the motor tag part number/customer number being in agreement with Eaton work order
- Makes certain that all uncoated surfaces are free from contamination i.e. rust and over spray on shaft, castle nut, bearing housings and pilot shaft
- Inspects entire motor, no substrate shall be visually detected on painted surfaces, all paint shall be smooth and continuous in appearance
- Checks all motor tags for damage and ensures no substrate can be seen around the perimeter of the tag
- Applies rust preventative liberally to all unpainted surfaces
- Follows directive of Quality Supervisor to pack out motors by using two hands and gently laying them into shipping box
- Reports any non-conform parts to Quality Supervisor
- Performs other duties as assigned by Quality Supervisor/Manager or Plant Manager Quality Assurance Technician Cleveland, TN Quality Assurance Technician will Ensure, maintain and document quality of finished, painted products.
