Job Summary Express employment is seeking a Commercial sewing, inventory/qc candidate for a local PPE warehouse. This position requires 2 years of experience with sewing, inspection, QC inbound/outbound shipments. Responsibilities Responsible for supporting the quality control functions within the distribution center at an assigned location. Ensure the accuracy of shipped goods. This position is cross-trained in all areas of the QC department such as: Inbound shipments, QA customer orders, Outbound, etc. Requirements This position requires at least two years of experience in sewing, inspection, or quality control. Must be familiar with specifications, standards, tolerances, and fabric defects Must have basic math skills with knowledge of fractions and know how to read a ruler. Must have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, internet, and email. Must be accurate in recording data. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and push cases up to 8 hrs. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
