Summary The Quality Assurance Agent is responsible for guaranteeing the quality and accuracy of services provided by our employees while conducting in-store execution plans. The day-to-day activity requires careful inspections and the enforcement of quality standards. Other essential duties and responsibilities in quality assurance include making outbound calls to employees, verbally coaching and correcting quality issues, and verification of data reported against project directives. Essential Duties Perform visual inspections of photo images captured and uploaded to project-specific Work Orders Record quality issues to decrease the occurrence of incorrect data reporting Make outbound calls direct to merchandising reps for coaching and issue resolution Other tasks and duties that may arise to meet Driveline’s business needs Document and report product and service quality levels Provide consistent feedback for continuous quality improvement Communicate with other team members to solve problems Follow up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found Train other quality assurance agents on review processes Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
