Quality Control Technician Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

Job Description:

Quality Control Technician Gpac is partnered with a globalleader in agricultural processing operations. As a Quality ControlTechnician, you’ll ensure product quality and safety by inspectingproduction stages, identifying defects, and implementing correctiveactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify that drawings, layouts, andquotes align accurately. Inspect raw materials, in-processproducts, and finished goods using various tools to detect defects.

Develop and execute tests to measure product parameters. Recordtest results and analyze data for quality trends. Prepareinspection reports detailing findings, non-conforming products, andcorrective actions. Maintain and calibrate testing equipment toensure accuracy. Monitor production processes for potential qualityissues and recommend improvements. Maintain quality controlchecklists and ensure adherence to safety standards. Lead rootcause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in quality control andmanufacturing. Experience with welding and metal fabrication.

Proficient in CAD viewers, Microsoft Excel, and Word. Ability toread and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. Strongattention to detail and problem-solving skills. While collaboratingand communicate effectively with teams.
