Role Summary :

The QA Admin Tech is responsible for all Engineering Change Order documentation and supports the QA team with reporting, documentation management and internal control documentation. Role will also work with the Engineering team on product lifecycle documentation and product revision control. This role will report to the Quality Operations Manager and assist with various projects

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and update Engineering Change Order documentation and processes using Cedar endorsed systems and processes. Initiating and tracking ECNs through approval workflows. Coordinating cross-functional reviews and approvals. Ensuring timely communication and implementation of changes across departments. Maintaining accurate records of all changes and associated documentation Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Customer care in organizing data requests concerning Engineering and Product changes. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures both internal and external. Work with Engineering on updating product revision documentation. Ensure all product revisions and changes are reflected in Cedar product life cycle software. Ensure all reporting with Netsuite and/or Smartsheet. Prepare weekly / monthly reporting for the Quality Assurance Department. Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g.

ISO, FCC, CE

) and company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications /

Core Skills:

Associate’s or Bachelors in QA Management or a related field Preferably 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance or administrative role – preferably in manufacturing Strong organizational and documentation skills Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quality Management software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Detail oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement. Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to work with cross functional teams and effectively communicate financial results to non-financial users of the data. Superior attention to detail and quality. Work Environment A.
