Jon Fain Your Role:
Take a pivotal position in our site’s team-focused manufacturing environment, where consistent attendance is vital for both individual and team success. Engage in compulsory overtime, dictated by business needs, to ensure that production stations remain operational, which may include extending your shift or extra hours beyond the standard schedule. Conduct essential in-process and final product evaluations aligning with both internal and client demands. Craft test samples utilizing injection molding machinery. Assess, report, and remediate production materials failing specification standards. Accurately document and mark materials for quality review if they don’t meet criteria. Undertake additional sample collection, evaluations, or assessments as directed by supervisory roles. Perform routine equipment checks and scheduled maintenance for testing apparatuses. Ensure cleanliness in lab and molding areas.
Required Background:
Possess a high school diploma/GED or demonstrate one year of commendable service at TATN. Basic arithmetic and computer literacy. Effective record-keeping and interpersonal skills.
