We are currently looking for a Field Inspection Technician to support our customers by ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly at customer sites, where you’ll inspect machinery, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute directly to the reliability and evolution of our industry-leading solutions. Your Role at BHS Corrugated Perform on-site inspections of corrugating equipment and components at customer facilities. Evaluate machine performance and identify potential issues such as defects, damage, or operational irregularities. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and internal stakeholders. Generate thorough technical inspection reports, including test results and improvement suggestions. Collaborate closely with our Quality and Engineering teams to share insights and support continuous improvement. Use specialized tools and diagnostic methods to assess system functionality and alignment with BHS Corrugated standards. Maintain clear documentation of inspection results and customer interactions. Travel frequently to customer sites across North America as needed. What You Bring Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in quality control, equipment inspection, or technical service—experience with industrial machinery a strong plus. Strong technical and analytical mindset with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Ability and willingness to travel extensively. Why BHS Corrugated?
