Quality Assurance Technician Elevation Foods Knoxville, TN 37924 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves conducting quality inspections and maintaining adherence to industry regulations such as USDA and FDA guidelines. The Quality Assurance Technician will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality management practices. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process. Analyze data from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions that enhance product quality. Ensure all processes align with USDA and FDA regulations. Utilize tools such as calipers for precise measurements during inspections. Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate results to relevant stakeholders. Participate in training sessions on quality management practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices. Experience in QA/QC processes, including quality audits and control measures. Familiarity with USDA and FDA regulations related to manufacturing. Proficient in analyzing data and identifying trends to drive improvements. Ability to fabricate solutions based on inspection findings. Skilled in performing quality inspections using various measuring tools, including calipers. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
