• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure they meet company and industry quality standards. The QC Specialist plays a key role in maintaining product integrity and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and testing on materials and products.

Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality.

Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and rulers.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

Report and isolate non-conforming materials or products.

Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production area.

Ensure all products meet internal specifications and customer requirements.

Communicate quality issues to supervisors and production staff.

Follow safety and quality control procedures at all times.

• Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience in manufacturing or quality inspection role preferred.

Familiarity with inspection tools and basic math/measuring skills.

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be reliable with good attendance and punctuality.

Bilingual – Spanish/English required.

• Work Environment:

• Manufacturing floor with exposure to loud machinery and metal materials.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.

Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Team-oriented environment with opportunities for overtime.
