Quality Tech | $23/hr | Night Shift Holland Sharpe Red Boiling Springs, TN 37150 Job Summary We’re seeking a Quality Technician with a solid background in the food manufacturing industry to join our team in Red Boiling Springs, TN . This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This is a night shift position (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, 2-2-3 schedule) offering $23/hour! Responsibilities Partner with production to maintain and improve food safety and quality systems Support audits and ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, SSOPs, and facility standards Perform environmental monitoring, raw material testing, and equipment verification Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts on the production floor Help train team members and uphold quality standards across the plant Monitor and correct

GMP/SSOP

violations alongside the Quality Management Team Use SPC and statistical tools to improve product consistency and performance Skills Food industry experience is a must (please don’t apply if you don’t have it) High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s in Food Science or related field is a plus) Familiarity with

FDA, USDA, GFSI
