Responsibilities This position is responsible for working with the on-shift production group to test and inspect according to product requirements, heldware and communicating any related issues. This role will be responsible for auditing and reporting all relevant results. $1.50/hr pay night shift differential 12 Hr shift (6:30pm to 7:00am): 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 on, 3 days off Report to front line leadership. Promote a Safe & Productive team work environment Communicates and cooperates with other employees in a positive and constructive manner to achieve the goals of the department and the plant. Communicate issues & upcoming events between shifts Inspects and tests raw materials and plastic products following documented plant specifications. Usage of measuring instruments and test equipment. Examines surface of products for cosmetic defects, such as scratches, burns and discolorations. In-process inspections on current production Auditing of finished goods Reporting all test & inspection results within Shop Floor software Document, isolate and report non-conformances within production to front line leadership. Perform routine housekeeping and cleaning as assigned/required Uphold Safety Absolutes Work & perform to ISO standards, SOPs & Work Instructions Uphold Quality Standards & follow the Absolutes. Oversee work to ensure projects are completed #INCPNA Qualifications Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting. Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English. Some computer skills. Capable of lifting up to 35lbs periodically. Ability to multi-task. Previous experience in a manufacturing of plastics operation preferred. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
