Role:
The GP12 Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products manufactured at Worldwise Plastics meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting thorough inspections and tests on materials and finished products to identify any defects or inconsistencies. The Quality Inspector will collaborate closely with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve processes. By maintaining detailed records of inspections and test results, the inspector will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to uphold the company’s reputation for quality and reliability in the business services industry.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in quality control or quality assurance. Experience in the plastics manufacturing industry. Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes. Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Perform tests and measurements using various tools and equipment to assess product quality. Report any quality issues to management and participate in root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
