Job Description
Summary:
Seeking a CMM Programmer/Operator with automotive industry experience to program and operate coordinate measurement machines for part and gage qualification.
Requirements:
2 or 4 year degree preferred 3+ years of experience in Quality function in automotive manufacturing 2+ years in fast-paced automotive (OEM/Supplier) environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with PC-DMIS programming, Hexagon equipment preferred Familiarity with IATF certification and audit process New Program Launch experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Program and operate CMM for part and gage qualification per customer requirements Generate reports for coordinate measurement machine per customer/PPAP requirements Manage Plex gage control module for calibration/R&R tracking Oversee external gauge calibration services Conduct internal audits of gage control system including floor audits Perform layered process audits as required
