Job Description
Quality Specialist 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 201 Polymer Drive, Decatur, TN 37322 Perform daily quality audits of all finished goods to ensure the manufacturing process meets and or exceeds the established the Sunbelt Solomon quality standards. Capture, report and perform data analytics regarding quality issues through internal quality logs for final QC of products. Assist the Quality Team in solving internal quality problems that lower production efficiency and increase cost due to rework. Assist in the development, implementation, and adherence to the quality program. Perform audits of in-process product through the use of quality checklists, forms, and other documentation to verify conformance to standards. Audit product process to standard operating procedures. Participates in and leads, if necessary, root cause analysis to help solve quality issues. Other duties as assigned. Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies. Thorough understanding of manufacturing and production in the industry. Excellent organization skills with an eye for attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software for data analytics and process chart building.
