Pizza cook/Beertender Raft 1 Co. 4599 Highway 64, Copperhill, TN 37317 Overview Outdoor adventure company seeking a highly motivated individual to cook pizzas and pour beer to join our team. As a Beertender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting delicious pizzas and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience, making you an essential part of our restaurant’s success. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about beer offerings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and kitchen stock, and make management aware. Assist in meal preparation, demonstrating versatility within the food service environment. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking identification and managing intoxicated guests appropriately. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food preparation processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient knife skills are a plus for assisting in food preparation tasks.
