Understand & use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauging, etc. Perform detailed visual & dimensional inspection of supplier material & production parts. Documents QA inspection at receiving, in-process, & testing activities to assure conformance to specifications & procedural requirements. Audit various manufacturing processes to assure compliance & product segregation. Maintain & update inspection logs & records as necessary. Requirements of the
Quality Assurance Technician:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) 1+ years of Quality experience in manufacturing Detailed oriented person, able to reason & analyze to pinpoint defects & read & interpret dimensional drawings. Also needs to comprehend written instructions. Understand & able to read and use basic measuring tools & instructions. Able to work effectively in a team environment & have knowledge of basic math through the algebra level. Physical Requirements of the
