Full Job Description Job Summary:
DX Enterprises is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to ensure that our inspections meet the highest standards of quality. The Quality Inspector will be responsible for inspecting materials, components, and/or finished products at various stages of the production process.
Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of automotive parts according to established quality standards and procedures. Use various measuring instruments and tools, such as calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc., to verify conformance to specifications. Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conforming materials. Record inspection results accurately and completely Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Ability to identify defects and non-conformities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the warehouse or manufacturing industry.
Physical Requirements:
