Job Description
Quality Control Clerk Staffmark Group $16.38-$17.13 life insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), retirement plan, employee discount United States, Tennessee, La Vergne Jun 26, 2025 Staffmark is hiring a Quality Control Clerk to support production accuracy and product quality. This role includes auditing, identifying issues, and helping maintain quality standards.
Schedule:
1st
Shift:
$16.38/hr (Mon-Thurs, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Weekend Shift:
$17.13/hr (Fri-Sun, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
Audit products and documentation for accuracy
Record and report discrepancies
Assist in resolving quality issues and identifying root causes
Support Non-Conforming Materials Report (NCMR) and First Article (FA) processes (training provided)
Assist with all QA department functions
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
English reading and writing proficiency
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to count, identify product variations, and suggest process improvements
Comfortable adapting to changing job needs
Team-oriented and dependable
