POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Lead Account Executive, the Quality Assurance and Documentation Specialist supports testing by conducting independent verification and validation of system functionality against requirements. They will trace each requirement to test cases, ensuring evidence of completion is recorded.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This specialist also leads Documentation efforts: compiling the System Deployment Guide, User Manuals, Maintenance Plan, and Configuration Management Plan for the DEF4IOT system. All documentation will comply with Navy standards and will be delivered for CNIC approval. Ensure that deliverables are thorough, user-friendly, and compliant. This person works closely with the BA/Scrum Master to maintain a documentation repository (e.g., Confluence or SharePoint accessible to CNIC) and version control for all project artifacts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active DoD Secret Clearance IAT II Certification Hands on experience Leading documentation efforts
