Duties and Responsibilities:

Quality Control Inspector must safely and efficiently inspect product. The Quality Inspector has overall responsibility to ensure defect free products are shipped out of the facility while maintaining safe operating practices Duties will include but are not limited too ; Timely Communication to supervisor and management regarding all circumstance which impact product quality In-process and final inspection of all products and components going through the facility, this includes both dimensional and non-dimensional acceptance criteria Evaluate data to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality activities. Follow daily production schedule and instructions, organize, collect and check documents for incoming product. Participate in all quality activities, such as preparation and testing, investigation of nonconformities and evaluation coating quality. Identification of possible shortcomings and development of potential remedies in coordination with immediate supervisor Understanding of acceptance criteriums for coating application. Support and maintain all elements of company safety program/policy. Development of permanent corrective actions which may occur as a result of customer compliance and product defects. Participation in Safety and Haz-Mat teams. Proficient in MS-Office products; Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. If you have participated in a lot of these tasks, give us a call to discuss the details.
