Job Summary:
The Clinical Trial Materials Associate I is responsible for assisting with client supply shipments and the assembly of investigator kits, inventory of supplies, stocking and re-stocking of supplies upon receipt/distribution, and other tasks as assigned.
Essential Duties and Other Responsibilities:
Prioritize shipments (Ground, Express, 2nd Day Express) to meet destination time.
Scan outbound shipments:
individual kits and supplies; confirm expiration date and quantity.
QC:
Check kits and supplies to ensure that all items and visits are included in shipment, follow all requirements for the QC process and QC all orders.
Order and check incoming supplies:
reconcile order and packing list, add to inventory and print lot number labels for product. Generate professional email communication with sites, project managers, sponsors, etc. File and retrieve protocol files upon request. Retrieve visit specific collection materials; obtain knowledge of various types of materials. Build kits accurately and efficiently.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED (or in the process of obtaining).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with neat hand writing skills
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing needs.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Hours, Working Conditions, Physical Demands:
Monday
- Friday, 7: 00am
- 3:30pm or 8:00am
- 4:30pm
Ability to stand and move around the entire 8 hour shift
Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. 4-5 times per day; must transfer shipping materials up to 30 lbs. 20 - 30 times per day;
Ability to use hand truck, narrow isle reach truck and/or pallet jack and possess eye-hand coordination and hand manipulation Read more below and get ready for your next great employment adventure!
