We’re looking for a Welding QA Technician to join our team and ensure quality from the inside out. Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:30

PM Steady Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Welding QA Technician:

You’ll play a vital role in the quality control process by performing physical weld tests, inspections, and audits to ensure welded components meet required standards. Physically tear down welded parts using chisels and hammers Measure spot welds and inspect GMAW and Laser welds Record test results and initiate documentation for audits and scrap Use ultrasonic non-destructive testing methods (training provided) Work closely with production to identify and quarantine non-conforming materials Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis Collaborate with Quality and Plant Management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Work Experience What You’ll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

2+ years of inspection or production experience (physical weld teardown preferred) Experience using calipers, micrometers, and measurement tools Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and use air-powered chisels Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills High school diploma or GED (technical degree preferred) Solid understanding of basic quality control and computer skills Must be a team player with a self-starter attitude We don’t hire temps, we hire
