Contract, 12 months with possibility to extend We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to supportquality and compliance operations in a GMP pharmaceuticalmanufacturing facility. This contractor role will serve as a sharedresource across two departments – one handling batch dispositionand deviation management, and the other focused on complianceactivities such as APRs, documentation, and change controlapprovals.
Qualifications:
B.S./B.A.
degree in Science or Engineering (required) Minimum 3 years of QA experience in a GMP pharmaceuticalenvironment Strong skills in SAP and Veeva (preferred) Excellent communication, attention to detail, and timemanagement Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines underpressure Ability to generate, analyze, and trend data to improveoperations
Key Responsibilities:
Batch record management, document retrieval, CoC/CoA generation Batch review and domestic product release QA support for investigations, audits, SOP development, andcompliance initiatives Participate in change control, quality system improvements, andproject strategy meetings Ensure compliance with regulatory expectations and continuousimprovement practices.
