Directs the operational, financial management and personnelresources for Quality Performance, Accreditation/Licensing, PatientRelations, Infection Prevention, Policy and Procedure ProcessManagement, Patient Safety utilizing an Enterprise/Systemsapproach. Disseminates information for the enterprise-wide qualityprogram. Coordinates various certification, patient safety andregulatory programs, via delegation and oversight. The Director ofQuality Management reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officerwith a dotted line reporting structure to the CEO (or equivalent)and to The Board of Directors. Participates directly in Leadershipand Board meetings, representing the enterprise-wide QualityDepartment and its associated functions. This position participatesin state and national networks, professional organizations, andconferences in the service of promoting healthcare quality withinthe organization and for the community, on an ongoing basis.

Minimum EducationBachelor’sdegree is required. Masters degree is preferred. RN Nursing Licenseis required.
