Job Description:
As an Embroiderer you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the creation of high-quality embroidered products. This dynamic role requires individuals with a keen attention to detail, experience in manufacturing or production, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Experience operating embroidery machines preferred, not required Experience operating a sewing machine is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor embroidery machines to produce intricate designs on various materials. Run and monitor multiple machines simultaneously Hoop and prepare garments/items for embroidery Follow established guidelines for design placement, thread colors, and machine settings. Thread machines and maintain thread inventory Ensure the quality and precision of each embroidered product, conducting regular inspections. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the management to meet daily and weekly production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
