Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our production team as a Sewing Machine Operator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, producing high-quality gear, and thrives in both collaborative and independent settings. No prior sewing experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training in: Lean manufacturing principles Safe and efficient machine operation Ergonomics and workstation setup Full product assembly A successful day at Flowfold includes punctual attendance, meeting production goals, contributing to our daily team huddle, and helping maintain a clean, organized workspace.
