Sewer Carolina Swatching Inc. 725 14th Street SW Drive, Hickory, NC 28602 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Sewer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabric swatch construction and be proficient in operating sewing machines. This role involves working in a warehouse environment where you will fabricate and sew various sample products. If you have a passion for sewing and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. Duties Operate overlock sewing machines to fabricate and assemble swatch samples and other textile products. Perform sewing tasks, ensuring high-quality stitching and finishing. Follow patterns and specifications to accurately sew pieces together. Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience in sewing, preferably within a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines including overlock and straight needle. Ability to read and interpret and technical specifications. Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
