Summary We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Chattanooga Tent & Event Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines and fabricating materials essential for our tent rental services. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products to our customers. Responsibilities Operate sewing machines to construct and repair tents and related products. Start, operate and/or tend machines to automatically join, reinforce or mend vinyl-based material. Fabricate materials according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Assist in inventory management of fabrics and supplies. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong sewing skills with experience using industrial sewing machines. Knowledge of garment construction techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Manual and finger dexterity.

• Ability to squat, crawl and kneel while performing duties.

• Ability to cut, stitch by hand or machine.
• Ability to withstand repetitive movements of hands and arms for long periods of time.
