We are a full-service sewing company with capabilities including design and prototyping, tech pack and cut file creation, sampling, material sourcing, production, packaging, inventory management, and drop-ship fulfillment. We have a staff of about twenty and produce custom sewn goods for commercial clients from Florida to Oregon. Job Summary:

We are seeking Sewing Machine Operators to join our sewing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining sewing machines to fabricate bags, packs, and other sturdy textile products. This position is based in our warehouse facility in Centerville. No previous experience is necessary to apply, but experience is always a plus!

Duties:

• Operate sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together perfectly according to specifications at lightning speeds
• Adjust machine settings for different fabrics and sewing techniques
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Experience:

• Previous experience operating sewing machines or keeping up with a fast-paced job as well as knowledge of different sewing techniques and construction methods are incredibly helpful
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
