  • 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Employee will train on 1^st^shift, 7:00 am-3:30 pm, M-F 3-6 weeks before moving to 2^nd^(length of training depends on experience)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and basic physical.

Position Summary:

Based in South Windsor, CT, the actual title of the position will perform essential job functions associated with heat treatment under the direction of the Production Manager to meet customer specifications, including assisting other employees as needed.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Heat Treating Technician. Depending on your skills and experience, this role may be filled at one of the following levels:

Level C:
Entry Level:

0 to 24 months of heat treating experience.

You will be expected to learn and grow in your role, with guidance from senior team members

  • Assists with operations, control, and monitoring of heat treating and related equipment as required and written in procedures on shop traveler and/or customer paperwork.
Level B:
Mid-Level:

2 to 3 years of experience in heat treating.

You should have a proven track record in heat treating, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

  • Operates, controls, and monitors heat treating equipment as required and as written in procedures on shop traveler and/or customer paperwork.

Level A:
Senior-Level:
