UAC specializes in 2000- and 7000-series alloys and offers a full range of alloys and tempers that can be tailored to a customer’s particular application. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Exercise and promote safety Read and understand hard card Fill out hard card with accuracy Understand required tools and how to use them Inspect material Load and unload oven cart Understand how to use the transfer cart system Understand how to move the carts in and out of the oven with or without a load Understand how to use the TC wire Set oven parameters in accordance with alloy temper requirements Operate ovens with understanding of how to restart ovens after a power outage Monitor operations of age cycles Perform a variety of housekeeping tasks Rack and unrack product Document work on Age Oven logs Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Minimum Education:
