Heat Treat Operator Agawam, Massachusetts, USA Job Description The heattreat operator will be responsible for overseeing the heat treat processof screws after their manufacture in the production facility. Thisinvolves moving screws from the manufacturing building to the heat treatbuilding, operating a heat treat furnace, and using a forklift forloading screws into the furnace. The role requires standing for aminimum of 8 hours a day. Responsibilities Operate the heat treatfurnace to process screws. Use a forklift to load screws into thefurnace. Maintain consistent operation standards and safety protocols.

Collaborate with fellow heat treat operators. Stand for extended periodsduring shifts. Essential Skills Mechanical inclination and aptitude.

Prior machine operation experience. Experience in heat treatingprocesses. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with racking,construction, or stamping press.
