Adecco Staffing is assisting a facility in the Ayer MA area in sourcing for a Operator on 1st shift! Ideal candidates have a direct background in a clean-room environment operating machines!

Shift Hours:

6:00AM

• 4:30PM, Monday-Thursday

Pay Rate:

$20/hr + DOE

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with 5S and Safety tasks associated with good manufacturing practices
• Manufacturing of Extruded tubing
• Manufacture of Liquid Silicone Rubber Moulded (LSR) parts
• Collecting and recording relevant process data
• Assisting engineering with validation and experimental activities
• Identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the manufacturing process and working with team members to rmend and implement solutions
• Following Clean room policies
• gowning up and wearing a mask that covers nose and mouth.
• Maintain the tools used to create products.
• Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.
• Comply withpany regulations and operating procedures
• Maintain a helpful and collaborative culture throughmunication and a strong work ethic
• Carry out any other activities to support the business as required

• Strong Attention to Detail
• Troubleshooting & Repairs
• Strong Mechanical Background
• Direct Background in a Clean Room Environment

Pay Details:

$20.00 per hour
