Full Job Description Shift:

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM We are looking for a skilled Boiler Operator to manage and maintain powerhouse systems in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with steam boilers, air compressors, and power-generating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, maintain, and repair steam boilers, air compressors, pumps, motors, and pressurized piping systems (water, steam, oil, compressed air, gas) Troubleshoot and repair analog/digital boiler control systems Perform chemical testing to maintain proper boiler operations Install and maintain high-pressure steam systems, valves, traps, and insulation Read and interpret schematics and blueprints Use pipefitting tools, solder, and threading equipment Enter/edit data in energy management systems

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience with powerhouse equipment and pressurized systems Skilled in reading electrical/mechanical schematics 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
