This is a Direct Hire position.

Hiring:

Rotating Shifts, Every 4 Weeks . (2 Day shift and 1 Night Shift rotation)

Pay:

$80,0000 – $85,000 (OT Eligible)

Environment:

Automotive Manufacturing Clean, Climate Controlled, Air Conditioned, and modern Facility. High Retention Rates – Long term Employees Uniforms and Tools Provided. Typically 10 hour days.

Minimum Requirements:

( 5+ years of experience) Advanced expertise in Tool & Die repair skills as well as strong knowledge of stamping and metal forming is required . Experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment with tool and die. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience . Reading, understanding, and following instructions and drawings. Experience with Continuous Improvement, 5S, and KPI’s. Must pass mechanical aptitude pre-employment test. Ability to work rotating shift schedule . Ability to work overtime hours as needed on short notice. Regular Attendance is required. CNC Machining capability (is preferred) Training experience for Processes and Maintenance tasks to team members. 24v – 480v Troubleshooting and training skills. PLC Troubleshooting, editing, programming. Robotic Welds – Programming, editing, and using a pendant to adjust. Position Duties and Functions (but not limited to): This is a hands on role that requires the ability to train and develop other team members in this department. Hands on assistance and participation with Maintenance needs. Ensures safety and wear all required PPE. Plan and coordinate work for stamping operations through die repair and maintenance. Manage team members time and attendance. Coach team members to foster team work, solve problems, and address issues. Solve complex problems with die repair. Plan and coordinate training. Communicate effectively with team members, managers and other departments. Track data to manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). Maintain strong 5S in the work area. Create and maintain standardized work. Seek continuous improvement of processes, procedures, delivery of work. Report machine or personnel issues.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 33lbs. Prolonged periods of standing on the plant floor. Able to traverse the plant facility. #
