As a Tool Maker, you will play a crucial role in the design, fabrication, and maintenance of tools and fixtures that are essential for our manufacturing processes. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Design and fabricate tools, dies, and fixtures according to specifications. Operate various machine tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders. Inspect and test tools for accuracy and functionality. Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve tool designs. Maintain and repair existing tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Document processes and maintain records of tool specifications and modifications. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in tool making or machining preferred. Proven experience as a Tool Maker or similar role. Strong knowledge of machining processes and tool design principles. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
