Fiberglass Technician 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars Bradenton, FL 34203 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and hands-on experience in all facets of fiberglass work to include GelCoat. The job will entail hull and / or boat component layup and fabrication. We have the steps and structure in place but need a Fiberglassing Master. Duties Fabricate components and assemblies according to specifications and blueprints. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete tasks efficiently. Assemble products using various techniques and ensure they meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Requirements Extensive knowledge and experience with all forms of gelcoat, carbon fiber, various glasses and all steps in the process to lay up a boat hull. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Be clean and efficient in your working environment.
