- Set up and produce components using CNC machines and manual lathes, mills, and grinders
- Read and interpret technical blueprints from CAD Files
- Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Perform preventative maintenance on tool room equipment
- Record production data in ERP systems
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with team members and train others on CNC operations ? What You Bring
- 2+ years of machining or toolroom experience as a Journeyman (e.g., Tool & Die Maker, Mold Maker, Pattern Maker)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience setting up and operating manual and CNC lathes
- High school diploma or equivalent; Journeyman-level education is a plus
- A team-oriented attitude and attention to detail
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (required) Bonus Points for
- Knowledge of GD&T
