As a Manual Therapy Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in helping patients recover faster, move better, and thrive through personalized soft tissue and recovery protocols.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver hands-on manual therapy to support patients across all phases of care — from acute pain relief to performance optimization. Apply a range of advanced modalities including: Myofascial Release, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Cupping, Dynamic Taping, and more. Collaborate with our chiropractic and movement teams to design integrated care plans that accelerate healing and improve mobility. Customize treatment based on spinal findings, movement screens, and individual recovery needs. Maintain detailed notes and progress tracking to ensure seamless patient experience. Support patient education around injury prevention, recovery, and tissue health.

What Sets You Apart:

Degree or licensure in Massage Therapy, Athletic Training, or a related bodywork field Certification(s) in any of the following preferred: IASTM, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Active Release Techniques (ART), or other soft tissue modalities, Neuromuscular Therapy Deep understanding of anatomy, soft tissue physiology, and functional movement principles Hands-on, empathetic approach to care with a clinical mindset Experience in sports, rehab, clinical or performance settings is a strong plus Passion for delivering measurable outcomes and being part of a high-energy, mission-driven team Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on clinical experience in manual therapy, soft tissue work, or a related rehabilitative setting
