In this role, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various products in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with power tools, as well as an understanding of garment construction and millwork. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize various power tools and machinery, including CNC machines, to complete tasks efficiently. Perform millwork tasks such as cutting, shaping, and finishing materials. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the building process. Experience Proven experience in a builder or assembly role is preferred. Familiarity with garment construction techniques is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools safely. Experience with machining processes is beneficial. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
