Label Rewinder, Die Cutter & Packager. Innvoke, LLC – Woodstock, GA. Do you have experience working in the label industry, running a Turret Rewinder, Die Cutter and label production? If you have experience in the industry, are mechanically inclined, and looking for a hands-on role in the exciting world of label production? Innvoke, LLC is a growing and leading label manufacturer and print solutions provider, and we’re seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Label Rewinder, Die Cutter & Packager . In this role, you will be responsible for the crucial final stages of our label production process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficient preparation for shipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute directly to our success and be a key player in delivering high-quality products to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Label Rewinding:
Operating and maintaining label rewinding equipment to ensure proper roll size, tension, and alignment according to job specifications.
Die Cutting:
Setting up and operating die-cutting machinery to cut labels to the required shapes and sizes precisely. This includes adjusting dies, pressure, and speed for optimal results.
Waste Removal:
Efficiently removing waste material from the die-cutting process, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Quality Control:
Inspecting finished labels for defects, ensuring accurate die cuts, proper winding, and overall adherence to quality standards.
Counting and Packaging:
Accurately counting finished label rolls or sheets and packaging them according to job specifications, including boxing, labeling, and preparing for shipment.
Equipment Maintenance:
Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on rewinding and die-cutting equipment, reporting any significant issues to the supervisor.
Following Job Tickets:
Carefully reading and understanding job tickets and specifications to ensure accurate processing of each order. Maintaining a
Clean Work Area:
Ensuring the work area is always organized, clean, and safe. Adhering to
Safety Procedures:
