“`Duties“`

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Perform, tool making responsiblities including the use of lathes, mills, surface grinder, cut off saws, wire edm, waterjet and other mechanical operated equipment to achieve the end result.
• Assemble components and products according to specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
• Interpret engineering drawings and use GD&T principles
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements and dimensions
• Utilize micrometers and other precision measuring instruments
• Operate forklifts as needed
• Run production as needed. “`Requirements“`
• Previous experience as a TOOL MAKER or in a similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in wire edm , and waterjet (will train) operations is a plus. programming and other tooling functions is a plus but not required as we can train for these functions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Familiarity with micrometers and other precision measuring instruments
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
