We areseeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Flat RateTechnician to join our dynamic Manufacturing team. As a PermanentFlat Rate Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring thesmooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routinemaintenance on all machinery and equipment to ensure optimalperformance and minimal downtime. 2. Diagnose and troubleshootmechanical issues, determining the most effective and efficientsolutions. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.4. Implement preventative maintenance programs to prolong the lifeof machinery and equipment. 5. Collaborate with the manufacturingteam to streamline processes and improve productivity. 6. Adhere toall safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthywork environment. 7. Assist in the training and development ofjunior technicians. 8. Stay updated with the latest industrytrends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of5 years of experience as a technician in a manufacturing or relatedindustry. 2. Proven experience in routine maintenance is a must. 3.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshootcomplex mechanical issues. 4. Excellent communication and teamworkskills. 5. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in amanufacturing environment. 6. Proficiency in using various toolsand equipment. 7. Ability to read and interpret technical drawingsand manuals. 8. High school diploma or equivalent is required; adegree in a relevant field is a plus. 9. Certification from arecognized technical school or equivalent is preferred. 10. Abilityto work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 11.Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
