Full Job Description Job Summary:
Perform composite activities including production and repairs within prescribed cycle-time/ budgeted time and to ZACS standards of quality. Will perform final assemblies per engineering drawings and specification requirements.
Essential Job Duties:
1. Manufacture interior parts and components utilizing engineering drawings and specifications. 2. Promote a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by ZACS policies and procedures. 3. Perform basic and advanced functions of panel preparation, reading and interpreting of blueprints, engineering process and material specifications. 4. Follow proper paperwork and documentation procedures. 5. Comply with safety and company policies and use protective equipment as required.
Secondary Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum:
High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English Must be able to learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, repair manuals, etc. Proficient in use of hand tools such as drill motors, screw gun, die grinder and routers One (1) year shop experience in similar environment
Preferred:
Associates degree or equivalent level of experience.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Subject to continual loud noises. Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, stand for prolonged periods of time; climb steps, ladders and/or service stands. Must be able to wear and breathe through a full-face respirator. Must be able to safely work around hazardous chemicals, solvents, resins and adhesives.
