Tool and Die Maker 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Pineville, NC 28134 Luxor Staffing is hiring a Tool/Die Maker paying $20 per hour with 1st shift available. Weekly pay, overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! 1st shift: Monday-Friday 7am to 3:30pm Job duties: Tear down and repair dies, troubleshoot at machine, make repairs Responsible for overall repair and maintenance of blanking, trimming and forms dies Perform simple layout work and jig boring Meet schedules and maintain quality standards Work with machine operators to resolve tooling problems Keep work area clean and free of hazards
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Working knowledge or EDM programming and of general manufacturing requirements, willingness to participate in continuing education activities as required. Blue print reading and interpretation, shop math including trigonometry High mechanical aptitude Capable of using inspection tools (i.e micrometers, indicators) and interpreting detail and assembly prints Manufacturing experience. Background in short-run job shop metal stamping company desired Press room experience preferred. #IND456
