• 2:30 PM and 6 AM

PM SUMMARY:

We are seekingan experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team. This hands-onrole involves repairing, and maintaining single-hit and progressivestamping dies, as well as other tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in metal stamping andprecision tooling with the ability to work independently to meetproduction and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up andoperate standard toolroom equipment (e.g., lathes, grinders,mills).
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble progressivestamping dies and tooling.
• Fit, align, and assemble toolcomponents with precision to meet dimensional tolerances.
• Performsurface grinding and polishing for flat and contoured parts.
• Troubleshoot and modify dies to improve performance or correctdefects.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams toresolve material or design issues.
• Maintain documentation andrecords of tool maintenance and modifications.
• Support and mentorapprentices, as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of hands-on Tooland Die experience in a metal stamping environment.
• Demonstratedexperience with progressive dies is highly preferred.
• AccreditedJourneyman Tool & Die Maker certificate is a plus.
• Must have ownbasic tool & die measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Strongmechanical aptitude and metal stamping troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, andmanuals.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and operating industrialpowered lift trucks and 10-ton overhead cranes (certificationassistance provided).
