2nd shift Toolman PFL Services Inc Liberty, NC 27298 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled 2nd Shift Toolman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing tools and equipment, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently during the evening shift. This position is in Asheboro, NC Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various tools and equipment used in production. Maintain tool and part inventory Inspect tools periodically to ensure they are clean and functional Keep accurate records of tool usage, adjustments, repairs, replacements, and returns. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all tools are accounted for and in good working condition. Collaborate with production staff to identify tool-related issues affecting workflow. Document maintenance activities and report any significant repairs needed to management. Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Requirements Proven experience as a Toolman or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of tools. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work 2nd shift hours, including weekends if necessary.
