Summary:

The Deburr Associate will follow, takeguidance, and instruction from the Deburr Lead. This position isresponsible for deburring and cleaning of aluminum CNC parts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Know and follow alldepartmental policies and SOP’s. Attention to detail is needed,preforming visual checks for defects on parts. Display goodattendance and work ethic. Work diligently on the company’s toppriorities – safety, quality, and productivity. Constantly lookingfor ways to improve productivity and efficiency. The ability to runabrasive equipment. Perform other duties as required such assupporting other production areas. Ensure that departmental work isperformed in a safe manner according to company safety standards.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience ℜquirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Good knowledge ofthe company’s products, equipment, and safety protocol. Familiaritywith using non-electric hand tools preferred Team player, positiveattitude, good communication skills.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequentmental and visual attention where the flow is intermittent withintermittent checking. Specific vision abilities required includeclose vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. While performingthe duties of this position, the employee is regularly required touse hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controlsand reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently requiredto stand and occasionally required to walk, sit, kneel, crouch, orcrawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, andoccasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Whileperforming the essential functions of this position, the employeeoccasionally works near moving mechanical parts and is exposed toairborne particles and chemicals. The noise level is usuallymoderate. The employee is required to wear safety glasses, earplugsand safety shoes.
