Rochester, NY 14606 As a Tool Maker you will Involves infabricating, building, handling, repairing, and integrating complexparts, assemblies, and machines for engineering prototypes, uniqueproducts, or low-volume manufacturing. Integrating various Airbornesystems and components, ensuring they function seamlessly togetherto meet rigorous industry standards and specification.

Collaborating with engineers to design, develop, fabricate, repair,and integrate complex, high-value parts and assemblies in alow-volume setting. Uses of overhead cranes, equipment, and riggingbest practices. Verifying product quality according to controlprocedures. Perform work in manufacturing and/or prototypingenvironment. Read engineering drawings/blueprints/schematics anddetailed work instructions. Ability to maintain accurate recordsand manufacturing documentation. Mechanically inclined and be ableto work with very fragile and precise assemblies. Demonstratesappropriate computer knowledge. Understands and adheres toestablished policies, procedures and proper labor chargingpractices. Perform as an individual contributor as well as within ateam environment. Ideal candidate will have High School Diploma orequivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 yearsof prior related experience. Machine building experience. Able toread engineering drawings/blueprints/schematics and detailed workinstructions Demonstrates appropriate computer knowledge. (trainingand records are kept electronically) Proficient with operatingMills, surface grinder and lathe. Experience in anElectrical/Mechanical/Optical fabrication discipline. Aerospace orDefense industry experience. Experience with CNC programmingutilizing MasterCAM. Qualified candidates should

Pay Range•: $32-$34 per hour •Pay rangeoffered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors,including the candidate’s education, work experience, worklocation, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
